DUNKIN’ UK VALENTINE’S FACEBOOK GIVEAWAY – TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Introduction
1.1 These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the DUNKIN’ UK Valentine’sGiveaway (“Competition”) run via DUNKIN’ UK’s official Facebook page.
1.2 The sole promoter is DUNKIN’ UK (QFM Group) of 10 Brightside Lane,Sheffield (“DUNKIN’”).
1.3 By entering this Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms.DUNKIN’ reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, and anychanges will be published on DUNKIN’ UK’s official Facebook page.

2. Participation
2.1 The Competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over.
2.2 To enter, participants must complete all of the following steps on Facebook:
Like the competition post
Tag the person they would share the prize with in the comments
Share the competition post to their personal Facebook page
Each valid comment tag counts as one (1) entry.
2.3 No purchase is necessary to enter the Competition.
2.4 The Competition opens on 17 February 2026 (“Opening Date”) and closeson 24 February 2026 (“Closing Date”). Entries received after this time will notbe valid.
2.5 Employees of DUNKIN’, their immediate families, or anyone professionallyassociated with the Competition are not eligible to enter.
2.6 DUNKIN’ accepts no responsibility for incomplete, corrupted, misdirectedor lost entries or for any technical failures that may affect entry submission.

3. Prize
3.1 There will be one (1) winner selected at random from all eligible entries.
3.2 The winner will receive:
2 x 6 boxes of DUNKIN’ Valentine’s donuts
3.3 The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternativewill be offered.
3.4 DUNKIN’ reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative ofequal or greater value should circumstances outside its control make thisnecessary.
3.5 The winner will be announced and contacted via a reply to their competitioncomment and direct message from DUNKIN’ UK’s official Facebook account on25 February 2026.
3.6 If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days of the first contactattempt, they will forfeit their prize and an alternative winner may be selected.
3.7 Prizes will be arranged for fulfilment following confirmation of deliverydetails and will be delivered within the UK only.
3.8 DUNKIN’ UK will only contact the winner via its official Facebook account.DUNKIN’ will never request bank details or payment information. Entrantsshould be aware of and report any scam or impersonator accounts.

4. General
4.1 DUNKIN’s decision on all matters relating to the Competition is final.
4.2 DUNKIN’ reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the Competition orthese Terms where it becomes necessary to do so.
4.3 The Competition is governed by English law and entrants submit to theexclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
4.4 This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, orassociated with, Facebook. Entrants release Facebook from any responsibilityin connection with this Competition.

5. Privacy

5.1 Personal data supplied during the course of this Competition will only beprocessed in accordance with DUNKIN’ UK’s privacy policy and for the purposeof administering this Competition.
5.2 By entering, participants consent to DUNKIN’ contacting them via theFacebook account used to enter.
